I wonder if you'd have a case for unfair dismissal? If the job you're being offered on less money for more hours is more or less the same one you're doing now, you're hardly redundant. Talk to a solicitor. You may be able to get the redundancy money, plus some winnings from a tribunal. Also, do you know any company misdeeds you could expose? Wait until the money's in your pocket, of course, but it's revenge... |

We're looking into this, there are three of us that, despite being told we are redundant, have been offered three almost identical-to-our-old jobs to apply for. I'm taking the money and will check it out after that. |
