It's time to put together our Regional Report to give to our Ambassadors. All contributions are deeply appreciated.

My target is to get this puppy done by 27 June. OOC: By the way, Is there anything else that I need to do that I haven't done yet?

Possible Topics

1. Our upcoming elections?

2. Beauty Paegent?

3. The South Pacific Hall of Fame. A pinned topic somewhere of TSP greats. I nominate Curly Howard as my first draft pick.

The DSP's mission in the West Pacific.

Geo, would you mind drafting up a small paragraph or inserting a link. I don't know the details -- all done so swiftly and under the radar --

I"ll cut and paste when it's time for final draft.

Danke

Okay, how about something like this:

"The South Pacific was requested by her neighbors in the West Pacific to send military aid in the form of UN nations to help secure the delegacy. The DSP was deployed in the region for two days in this garrison mission. At the conclusion of the mission, the West Pacific government rewarded all of the DSP members who took part in the mission with a a special combat ribbon. The mission was the first deployment of the DSP in more than a month."

Is that good?

The South Pacific Report

Posted Image

for June XX, 2007.

We've had quite a tumultuously time since the last report.

Government
In April, we had our governmental election. 4 out of 6 had candidates, and all were voted upon. Delegate Fudgie appointed two other to fill the remaining spots.

Elected:
Kloister - Prime Minister
Geomania - Minister of Security
Eastwals - Minister of Justice
Curlyhoward - Craziest Person in the South Pacific

Appointed/Ratified by the cabinet (May 14)
Napieria - Minister of the Region
Bodhisattva Babes - Minister of Foreign Affairs

Election Commission
The Election Commision saw the resignation of papapatagonia (the Chief Commissioner) in mid June. Thanks, atag, for doing such a great job!

Defense News
The South Pacific was requested by her neighbors in the West Pacific to send military aid in the form of UN nations to help secure the delegacy. The DSP was deployed in the region for two days in this garrison mission. At the conclusion of the mission, the West Pacific government rewarded all of the DSP members who took part in the mission with a a special combat ribbon. Spam

Like all of the other feeders, we were amused to find someone proclaiming to have all the endorsements to advertise another recruitment area.

The Vending Machine is full of stuff. What will you get?

Role Play
The Miss TSP pageant was started by Kingdom of Brutland and Norden, to help celebrate the TSP independence day.

Look out for other events at the same time.

We also want to take the time to invite you to come and join the celebration (or to send a RP candidate for the pageant.

That's it for the TSP report, and we'll see you soon that 5 months from now.
