I have instituted a regional recruiter, in the efforts of bringing more activity and some new faces to the offsite forums.
As this position is quite fluid, and the structure is not completely static, Polky and I will work on an outline to present to the region as to what the job is exactly.
This is a position that is appointed by the PM and is not up for election. The recruiter may retire at any time, and may be dismissed by the PM. The recruiter has discretion to appoint other recruiters with PM approval (up to 3).
This position works directly under the PM, and should be considered an envoy of the PM for recruiting purposes.

Congrats, Polky! I know you will do a great job!!
