"Good to see this place running again."

Hey there Shaft, nice of you to drop by! Anything I can get you? You look a little tired, there's a comfy hammock right there with your name on it should you wish...

excellent! I'm glad you like them!

Is there anything else I can get you? If you just want to relax I've got a great herbal tea around here somewhere, and you're welcome to pick up a book from the case over there - I'd suggest a P.J. O'Rourke myself, or a quick glance at Alice in Wonderland perhaps...

*Fills a pot with some mysterious glittering blue stuff, adds water and sets on a table with two mugs*

It'll take a couple of minutes to brew guys, and please, help yourself to the books Mr Mayor.
It's good to see Market Street so busy again, isn't it?
