Motion of no-confidence proposed; against Implied Mercenaries

Today DWC, long standing member of this region, has proposed a vote of no-confidence in Implied Mercenaries, contester of the delegate seat. In the notes posted along with the proposal, DWC stresses the importance of the Delegate in the nationstates environment, and the enormous amount of power that comes along with it.
