Kein Aber’s Knapsack - Baked Goods, Pastries and Recipes As you approach Kein Aber’s Knapsack, you notice that it is a nondescript older red brick single floored building, with a center glass and wood door and a flip able open/closed sign. The flanking large single pane windows, display baked goods, photos of wedding and assorted celebration cakes. Planters of colorful flowers are tastefully set along the front. Sign painted on door announces: Kein Aber’s Knapsack - Fresh Baked Goods, Pastries and Recipes, in White with gold leaf trim outline. As you enter the Bakery Shop, a small set of sleigh bells jungle, the pleasurable aroma of freshly baked goods surrounds you. The shop area has baker racks of fresh baked goods and a shelf or two of Cook books, a counter with a cash register, a “Pillsbury Dough Boy” shaped Clerk Call Bell, and a sign listing freshly baked offerings. Through the partially closed curtains you look into a private backroom where the baking equipment and supplies are kept, this is where Kein Aber works. You hear him singing in the background. Everything is immaculate, orderly, and clean. Kein Aber enters the shop through the curtains, to stand behind the counter. “I Thought I heard the bells, *smiles* Willkommen Kein Abers zum Rucksack sorry, Welcome to Kein Aber’s Knapsack, all my baked goods and pastries are freshly made. If you would like the recipes for any of my goods please ask, I will send it along with you via PM.” “How may I serve you today”? |

You know I love all chocolate, is there anything chocolate that you do specialize in? Maybe a fine name brand (Baci, Lindt, Guylian, Cote d'Or, Ferrero Rocher) or a special homemade blend of your own? |
