From the Office of the Prime Minister

Hello! We've noticed your embassy has been quiet for other six months! We hope to see you all pop in as soon as possible so that we may continue fruitful diplomatic exchanges! If your embassy remains inactive it will be subject to closure.

Greetings from The West Pacific! I contacted Southern Bellz last week who advised me that it would be ok to bring this to you on the forums.

I have recently been elected delegate of The West. One of the platforms I ran on was the creation of a WA voting bloc. At present, that bloc consists of TWP, TP, and Lazarus.

The purpose of the bloc is to exert more influence on the WA. Many in TWP had grown frustrated with things like Rule IV and believed that the WA was not in step with many of those players. My thought was to create a voting bloc whereby regions do give up some individual autonomy but gain collective power.

Before going into further detail, I'd love to hear from you to see if this idea has any interest to you.

Regards,
Punk Daddy

Hi Todd & folks of TSP...any new thoughts on this.

The idea is picking up steam, I admit, but I do know that it may not be for every region.

PunkDaddy, we in The South Pacific humbly request if an ambassador can be sent from TWP to facility all TSP/TWP communication from this point on.

I will do so. It'll most likely be Westwind who advised he was trying to get his handle changed from 'Lewis & Clark' to Westwind.

Much gratefulness I'd like to extend to you for allowing me these few short comments. Should you or TSP need anything in the future, I'm just a TG away.

Hello Citizens of The South Pacific,
I am Earth, the newly appointed Defense Minister of The West Pacific. I'm dropping in just to introduce myself and let you know how excited I am to be serving The West Pacific in this manner.

Punk Daddy eagerly awaits Southern Bellz appearance on our regional forum in an attempt to quell this conflict.

Apparently Punk has declared war on TSP, but I'm not entirely sure what this means. I know what war means, of course, but I guess it just means "strongly against"? Usually in war one's sneaky and tends to pounce on the person they're going to war with, I think.

Hello :)

As TWP's freshly appointed and temporary, yet stunning, Foreign Minister I have been tasked to come and ask you all a question.

"Are you interested in peace (between TSP and TWP)?"

I'll answer that question not as a representative of TSP, but just as a simple citizen. Of course we are interested in peace with The West Pacific, and we have never shown anything but that willingness for peace.

I'll answer it as Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and actual Deputy Minister (HEM is away)

...

Yes!

But HEM has asked we delay major negotiations until he returns, which will be any day no :)

Good! Hopefully things will be settled officially as easily as they seem to be unofficially.

I do, however object to this :roo: Don't you know how despicable marsupials are? Just ask TAO.

No problem. Peace is pretty groovy :D

HEM will be back ASAP for more formal negotiations to continue.

Though personally I feel my own contribution of 'peace is groovy' is all we need :P

It is with a heavy, yet surprisingly chocolaty heart, I come to deliver the news that the cease fire between The South Pacific and The West Pacific has ended without a peaceful resolution to the conflict. A state of war exists between the two regions.

May Max have mercy on us and ADMIN grant us the courage to face the dark times ahead.

Then in my humble, non-official opinion, we have nothing further to discuss until The West Pacific apologizes for its acts of aggression and offers a peace offering that isn't filled with ways TSP needs to change.

And it's my Head of Ambassadorial opinion that we'll do what we can to end this amicably

They call me...Max...Barry...

So...now what? Do we fight it out on the RMBs of both regions, Do we create a thread on the forum and role play? Apart from invasion, I don't really get how regions go to war.
