(thinks - wow that was easy... a little too easy) True, but we don't necessarily want any of guests to know WE are armed - ya know. There would also be some extra odd jobs we might need you to do. Hmmm...? *coyly slides back on her side and drinks too quickly* <BURP!> Oh that's good stuff! |

That's what I thought, I'm the bouncer but someone else deals with concealed weapons and the rowdies. Sounds a doddle to me

<blushes> Thank you, Argus. I can't tell you how much it would mean to have you around. There is a lot of crazy stuff going on these days and I need people that I can trust and who trust me. Don't worry about money. *finishes her drink and gets up to go* and just for good measure, to seal the deal.. *gives him a light kiss and slides her cheek across his* Custom of my country. G'night Argus. |

Checking over the last minute details for Fudge and MF's reception, Hazel sighs with relief as it appears everything is ready at the Dew Drop Inn. The four tiered cake has been set off to the side near the long head table at the end of the large decorated dining room. The one hundred round dining tables have all been decorated with beautiful centerpieces set atop crisp white linen tablecloths. Ricky the chef and the two waitresses, Janet and Britney, have been busy since the wee hours preparing a large dining menu including making the standard rubber chicken for those who wish to have a traditional reception dinner... *Okay Fred, I'm leaving for the wedding, so keep an eye on things will ya?* Fred the doorman and clerk, who is looking dapper in his tux, smiles at Hazel and says, "Have a good time, kid." *And you stay outta that punch bowl, okay? we're having an open bar anyway and we need someting else to drink besides iced tea.* *Oh yeah, keep an eye on ol Virgil the ranch foreman, I don't need another brawl, not today.* Fred pats his sawed off shotgun and grunts, "I understand I ain't the only one carrying a shotgun today, ha." Hazel jumps into an awaiting Checker Cab and races away in a cloud of smoke. |

Fred sees the hired band arriving and notes they already seem to have started their own party. Helping them unload all their equiptment he hopes they would play the "Wedding Polka", but laughs to himself and thinks back to his first marriage so many years ago. Ricky the chef has all of the food just about ready and sees that the extra food servers have arrived. "Ay alla you people come inna here an lets get the champagne ready, okay?" |

Now this looks like it will be a great party. Gets an Anchor Steam from Hazel and finds an out of the way seat. Kicks back and listens to the band. Enjoys watching the folks having fun. |

Well things really couldn't be better. 2 kids who love each other started a life togther. I guess I'm just a sentimental old softie but it always revives my hope in the human race when 2 people who really care for each other get married. |
