Now that they’ve got a Shell Sub, the Hudson River becomes the Turtles' underwater wonderland... NOT! The junk in the riverbed is even more dangerous than the city above when the Turtles run into their old nemesis the Garbage Man, living in a fortress beneath the waves - his very own Junklantis! The trashy villain is bent on gaining wealth through underwater salvage... even if he has to create his own shipwrecks to do so!

The Garbageman is back!

Mike: It's garbage day fat man! Time to take your can out to the curve!

Garbageman: What!?

Mike: Er, how about, time to dump you in the dumpster, smelly boy!

Garbageman: You, (pointing at Mikey) shut up!

(Taken from 'The Garbageman' to celebrate)

I actually enjoyed this episode, all things considering. This was the sequel to the worst episode of the series, so I was a little hesitent about it. It was pretty good though.

I liked the Shell Sub. Looks pretty sweet. It was cool having Don and Mikey exploring the sea floor and getting captured by a giant junk machine squid. I'm glad Mikey was around to make things funny. The whole concept of Junklantis was nicely played out, even though Garbageman has to be the worst villain ever. Hopefully, he's gone fro good this time.
