Kamen Rider Kuuga Ultimate Form Posts: 0 Group: Super MOD Member #47 Joined: March 13, 2003	In order for it to Tokusatsu, it has to be live action. However, this appears to be based on a tokusatsu whose name I cannot recall. I'll get you more on that a little later if I can find it.

Actually, I believe you are half-right. Keep in mind that VR Troopers was made from two seperate Metal Hero series: Metalder and Speilban. That being said, this appears to be an animation of the latter series.
