I say SWORDS! The pens will be sliced in half, all of them! But really, I do a lot of doodling with pens, but I like to do sprite mixing and typing more on the computer. Plus, I'm obsessed with swords. |

(or blame me for not listening too well) My memories are "vivid" I think he was talking about the writer of the story.. bah! I'm not sure @__@ All I know it's a girl and that's it =__=" @silver: I heard that from a tour guide. I'm not really sure if I heard it right @__@ @Mir: LOL!! aanyway, I'm 100% sure about Jose Rizal XD he writes "Noli Me Tangere" and "El Filibusterismo" Spanish title.. ack -__-" |

I still think that it is the sword. At least brings honour. I mean, really, who would want to honour a pen? OH MY GOSH, IT IS STEPHANIE MEYER'S PEN!!!!!!! AAAHHH!!!! *massive mob of Twilight fans* Yeah, haha. So much for the pen. OH MY GOSH, IT'S MAXIMUS'S SWORD!!!!!! AAAHHH! *massive mob of "Gladiator" fans. *everyone gets killed* It's the actual PEN that is better? Yeah, what does the writing have to do with the pen if a pen is stronger than a sword? A sword would be stronger, obviously because I could easily hack down anyone with a sword, and be untouched with a pen. The original question was: Which is stronger, the sword or the pen? I don't think the question ever mentioned the writing. |

Disney likes to screw things up. 花木蘭 can be pronounched in many different way depending on which Chinese dialect you speak. Disney mixed two Chinese dialects: "Fa" is Cantonese while "Mulan" is Mandarin. "Hua Mulan" = Mandarin. "Fa Muklaan" = Canto. (Compare Hercules, where everyone EXCEPT Hercules/Heracles have Greek names.) |

I have a sword, and find it much more useful than a pen any day. Also, all important stuff is done on computers these days anyway. |

Or those press-machines. Or with pencil. @ Hercules movie: FAIL And it depends if you think of it literally or conceptually. Would you get farther in life via bashing people on the head or by speaking powerfully? However.... Athens vs. Sparta: Sword wins That's technically. Although we all remember the legacy of Athens very well. *reminded of random quote* "Socrates was this guy who gave out good advice. They poisoned him." |

You're taking this literally. :o
OMG LYK NO WAI (She probably used a computer, lol). Then again, how did we get the Constitution? :o Swords can't write those, unless you got stone. LOL. Notice how crazy some of these fans are? No sword could make someone THAT crazy. xDDD
And how is this better than the above example? :o (never even watched Gladiator, lol)
And guess what the title of THIS topic is? :o "Pen or Sword more MIGHTIER?" We're not talking about the original question in this thread. :D
In your example, you used swords as a means of killing people. Swords don't kill people on their own. Pens are a means of writing down words and ideas, but they cannot write on their own. See the confusion there? |
