Am I the only one that was really, really disappointed with the quality of this game. I am a huge GS fan, but I could not fight through it after Amiti. :( Edited by goldensunfr3ak829, Feb 6 2012, 10:07 PM.

I didn't have any issues with the quality of the game or anything. I think it was quite well made and even though I still prefer the first game, I still think it was quite good. Tbh, I think my biggest issue was that I started to collect the Umbra Gear before getting the map and ended up getting lost and confuzzled... |

Eh...I can't say I was really disappointed. I enjoyed the game. I really liked the visuals and the music, and while the plot was stretched a little thin, especially towards the end, it was still fun to play. I don't think it's as good as the first two games, but I still like it. |

It was a bit disappointing but I still liked it somewhat. Most people just seem to hate how easy it is but that doesn't bother me. |

I didn't find its easiness a problem, either... |

I really like Dark Dawn. I'll admit, I didn't get the same feeling whilst playing it as I got from the first two, but it had it's own fantasy charm that is still related to what makes the originals so good. I did the same as Larads, finding all the Umbra gear before the map, but their hiding places were hardly difficult to infer from the map, and I'm more than used to doing similar things looking for Djinn, as we all have. |

I also liked the game, but I was a bit dissapointed with it ^^' I liked its music and art, reappearance of old characters and references, some of the new characters (like Karis, Sveta, Tyrell), more humour and better written dialogues. What I did not like was that the plot was not as epic as in GS (in first GS you start your journey to save the world and in DD you must...find...a...feather...), less interction between newer members (for example Himi didn't have much to say, I find it difficult to describe her character...). But the most annoying thing in this game was losing djinnis at some points in the game... As a Golden Sun game it's not impressive, but as jrpg for DS it's pretty good. |
