You Should Be Allowed to Vote

You got 13/15 questions correct.
Generally speaking, you're very well informed.

If you vote this election, you'll know exactly who (and what) you'll be voting for.
You're likely to have strong opinions, and you have the facts to back them up.

Without knowing what your answers were, how can we know? :)

I'll bet you got the president of France wrong, and do you know who Bernanke is? :wiggle

What, y'all can't read minds???????

Actually, I know who the president of France is. Had Bernanke in the wrong job. I think I missed either the one about which country doesn't have nuclear weaponry or in which city Obama was a community organizer. BUT, I'm learning and that's the important thing, right?

Oh, good I got the nuclear weapons right, but I did have Obama in the wrong city. (Bet he was surprised!)
Thanks!

You got 9/15 questions correct.
You're somewhat in the know, but you're not as informed as you think you are.

Your political information is a little old or incorrect.
Consider studying up a bit before you cast you vote! You want to make sure you know where you stand.

Should You Be Allowed to Vote?

*Shrug. Don't expect me to know the US election system. Besides had there been more questions I probably would have done better.

Yeah, I hear ACORN is up in Ohio registering 7 year olds, dead folk, people's goldfish... why should your being south of the equator and on the far side of the dateline disqualify you?

Good Enough

Though I don't like the "two term" question.
The real question should be "How many years can one person serve as president?"
Any guesses? No "googling".

I do believe it's 10.

If a president resigns or otherwise leaves office having served at least half his term, the VP serves out the final amount of that term (up to 2 years) and then can be elected to the 2 full terms allowed.

You're correct. :clapping2

That means Palin has a chance of becoming President for ten full years.

Here's a question for you:

When was the last time the Republicans won the White House without a Nixon or a Bush on the ticket?
