I didn't have $1000 to shell out for a Nikon D80, and Sony has made some impressive cameras. This is actually a better camera then the Nikon D70s that I have. So, she was really excited about it, and called a friend of hers. The friend gogeled it, and said "You know, he could have bought you a nice engagement ring for that amount of money."

I've had two friends this year get engaged and both spent 6K and 7K on engagement rings, thats engagement rings, not wedding rings, both are average wage earners I'm still llike "what thaaaaa?" |
