Trep (tm: Pineapple = $$), As Minuet said, she is. Another neat thing is that Gene wanted a female at that position, but the feedback he got eventually convinced (forced might be a more appropriate word) him to reconsider. From what I have been able to glean, much of the objections raised were done so by women. When the second pilot (and eventually the series) was accepted, there was no way he was going to get rid of Spock (although the decision to retain him was also criticized). |

Not the HD version, Fes.
It's not even been shown yet. If this special presentation is successful, it may just be enough for Paramount to release other two part Trek episodes on the big screen. What do you think of this idea?

^^^ Yes it is on DVD in HD. I own a bootleg copy of it. Come on over, and we'll watch it sometime. |

I just saw the Menagerie on the big screen, and it was very cool! I was overwhelmed to see the words 'STAR TREK' in that beautiful gold color, on a screen as wide as the room. It was more colorful, and not so flat looking, and there were lots of extra sound effects. It was a good day. The only thing lacking was Twilight to watch it with me.

Apparently we look like this now

Not available in Hilton Head, Bluffton, Beaufort, or Savannah.
But, it is in Charleston, but that's too far to go to see a movie. |
