No one nominated you as being particularly weird. Maybe we are all so weird here that we consider you not weird enough .

There is a big bearded dragon that I have been "making" friends with that lives in my bunch of banana trees and is partial to cat food (the soggy stuff). It has become very tame (no longer runs away when you approach it , and no longer goes into it's threat stance, and even lets me pick mit up now , and it now greets us every morning by climbing up the back wall and looking in the kitchen window until someone calls it to the back sink for dindins. I think it thinks it's called dindins .... This a lizard is about 3 foot long , and they look nasty , but are really just all bluff , unless your put your hand too close to the mouth (which is pretty well armed with small but sharp teeth and they bight hard). It would probably make short work of a rat if caught one. I have noticed the redbacks under the house and funnel webs in the garden have all disappeared , I am presumeing it's eaten them all. I guess it's now a pet. |

I like the little smellies as well. I try to be a good father to them.

^^^ Yeah, they make those little sounds with their teeth when they're comfortable and happy. It's quite cute I must admit. |
