True but Im really glad I can give Mike a good home ( sounds like im talking about Welsby). She is gonna send me a photo of him tonight for all of you to see. and in 1,5 weeks I can pick him up, he is still recovering from his injuries. Turns out the end of his tail was injured as well. :(

I felt so sorry and so mad at the petstore for doing this, i mean right under my nose animal mistreating is happening! I cant believe it. Im gonna give Mike all my love and not just me, my little sister is as excited as I am.
Except my mom...but mehhh screw it :P

I hope Mike gets better. Does he also have any behavioral problems due to mistreatment?

It's a very good thing you're doing Luth. Compassion is rarer than most people know. I'm sure he'll be very happy from now on.

He does have behavioural problems yes..Because he was malnourished he used to hamster up all of his food and still does that, its just something he got used to since they didnt feed him enough. He also makes his own little nest just like a hamster, instead of sleeping in hammocks.
And he has since he was born always been living in solitude, which is 4 months now, its amazing he held out so long since rats dont do very wel in solitude. So im gonna sew a sleepingbag especially for him so he can have his own little nest and privacy in the cage. And i hope the introduction will go well, after all he deserved better than this.

She also told me btw that his ears are healing, this picture was taken when she first got him, as you can see his nose is also not healthy and he is very small, and he is 5 months old in that picture! Just proves to show how badly he was treated.

Thanks for the compliments I appreciate it...but when I heard about this little fella I just couldnt stop myself from adopting him.
Ill be picking him up either next week or the week after and Ill post some more photos then.
