I guess since you want Santa's bad girl list , you might be on Santa's bad boy list so don't expect anything under the Xmas tree on Xmas day. Well maybe a naked bad girl or two iif Franko can swing it. |

Well, I can see how all of this has created a dilemma. Let's see now.....Xmas in Hawaii with Franko; a rented Porsche sports car, putting up with his old-fashioned gentlemanly manners, then having to listen to one of his sappy flamenco love songs as the sun burns itself into the Pacific, then on to a Casino/nightclub before returning to the Sheraton Villa suite for more champagne and then logging on the SisterTrek to tell everyone how much fun we're having... Or.....braving swamp bogs full of crocodiles, giant snakes, and other jurassic creatures with the Sommerled's while he prepares some nice tarantula soup. Gee, Moogie, that's a tough one. OK, then we'll send Proton and the Olsen Twins to the McDonald Xmas crocodile barbecue. Then there's Bug's laptop to consider. And a truckload of Trek DVDs to deliver to assorted members. As usual, Xmas is always so complicated. |

I changed my mind. I want a one way airline ticket to Scotland. A little town South East of Glasgow to be precise. |

What they never tell you about in the travel brochures is all the bloody flies, and the further away from the coast you are the bigger they seem to get So by the time you get out to the middle of Aus, they are as big as your head Surf trips are the closest I get to camping, even then, most of the time I'm sleeping in the van |

Croc steaks are really nice.BBQed Baramundi steaks , BBQed lobster , BBQed banana prawns and king prawns, BBQed mud crabs You'd be in more danger from stingers than crocs , up north over Xmas from most beaches. |

Poorly. Waves in Galveston and Surfside rarely exceed three feet except during hurricanes or massive cold fronts like this morning's. I see them try, but they don't get too far. The Gulf of Mexico is quite shallow here. Back to Christmas... aside from the impractical sailboat, I can't really think of anything I want. |

Actually bush flies are not very big , they are smaller than regular house fies and certainly smaller than blowies. But you are right, there are heaps of them and they are REALLY FRIENDLY (thirsty actually). |
