Yes, it is worth buying it as a blind buy. I've only done that once (with Joan of Arcadia), and I was very pleased. Ergo, you too will be very pleased. :lol:

im getting it for christmas. I rememebr watching TAS on sci-fi channel along time ago. from the episodes i saw it's worth it.

Uh-oh ... now I've done it. While I was visiting The Experience in Las Vegas, they happened to be showing some of the Animated episodes on DVD on one of their multiple TV screens. The clarity and color contrast is far superior to the VHS tapes I have (I watched one on tape today for comparison). I may have to ask for this set for Christmas.
