Apparently we look like this now

http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?...INGEQHOQAA1.DTL Will this be an accurate recreation of the Sheehan saga? No. Would Hollywood make a movie about a family who lost a child but still supported the war? No. Will Sheeham be portrayed as the self absorbed crackpot that she is? No. She will be portrayed as a very intelligent and well rounded business woman. Since Susan Sarandon is playing Sheeham, maybe Jane Fonda could play Susan Sarandon. Who will play Hugo Chavez? Probably some high glamour actor. My money is on George Clooney. Who will play President Bush? Probably some no name actor who was an extra on Revenge of the Nerds. Since this movie will be 100% fiction anyway, maybe they could also give it a happy ending where Sheehan is taken away in a straight jacket...and after the divorce, Mr. Sheehan could marry a Republican city council woman. |

^^^ C'mon... I have no doubt Hollywood will hold true to form and present everything regarding this story as unblemished historical fact. Stop believing everything the overwhelmingly right-wing media tells you... Sheesh!

UNGH!

Sarandon doesn't even look like her. But then again J Lo doesn't look like Sue Ellen either. |

Something Wicked This Fae Comes

They better make it a made for TV movie, otherwise they won't be able to recoup any of their money at the box office (I predict that is). If it is on TV, I might watch. I doubt Sheehan will be portrayed in an accurate light though (as the nutty person she has become). |

I don't think it's satire. I read something about it earlier today. Unfortunately, I can't find the article now. It was either CNN or one of the other news service that Y ahoo collects. |

Brokeback reference. It wouldn't be a proper satire to not include them as Sheehan is parading outside Bush's ranch...
