Well, folks, believe it or not, March is at our door steps and spring is just around the corner. What are your plans for spring, 2006? Personally I am planning to clean out my spare room and turn it into a proper home office.
Assuming there is such an animal, that is. Who knows? I may even be able to turn some of the stuff I had accumulated into cash. Now wouldn't that be nice?

Cool? This morning it snowed and this evening I was pelted with hail stones. |

Actually, I might invest in sandbags. Our northern Colorado mountains got a lot of snow this winter (great for the skiers), but flooding is a real concern when it all starts to melt. |

Pretty ordinary weather today , rained (boy did it rain !) overnight , and woke to a morning thunder storm and hail. It's been like that all day , and was pretty ordinary yesterday too. A couple more days of this heavy rain and I'll get pretty excited , it means local flooding up river , it means a fresh in the harbour , and at last the mulloway will start sporning in the harbour , and the really big mulloway will move to the river mouth , and I can look forward to a couple of weeks of very productive and exciting LBG fishing. (I have the tank in the garage filled with salt water , the pump ready and all I need now is livebaits to keep in it til the fresh arrives (First low tide on Friday by my reckoning). Karratha coped real drenching - look it up (in WA). |

March had just arrived but it sure doesn't feel any warmer though.
We are still knee deep in snow. Speaking of which, I better shovel the sidewalk before I head out later today. My poor car is getting slime by all the muck on the road but I can't do anything about it at the moment. I hope the weather turn for the better soon. I am growing tire of seeing white. How about you?
