Yeah, that would be unfortunate.

When we moved to our land (before our home was built), we had told a few people that we would be camping for several months. Some of them actually thought we were going to be living in tents the whole time!

We did go camping, and yes we did get rained on. Believe it or not, the kids had the screened-in shelter while we used the tent. It rained on us briefly yesterday afternoon, then we went for a hike. Since there's a state-wide "burn ban" being enforced, we had hot chocolate around the camp stove and then toasted marshmallows over the lovely blue flame. It rained again last night, but we managed to stay dry. This morning it rained again around 7, so we went back inside the shelter and I made coffee. The kids weren't thrilled to be woken up so early as I made spam and eggs and my bride cut up oranges and apples. We left around 10:30.

It really has been coming down since we've been home, but appears to be abating.

I'm thinking that the snooker final that my husband is watching on BBC2 has now over run by over an hour and a half. Wondering about the stations schedule. It must be a hard fought contest...Hmmm... :chin:

Uber Admiral,

Heck, you can wake me up early if you're planning to make spam (or bacon ;)) and eggs. :woohoo:

I'm thinking about how the Steelers completely dominated Denver today (which I expected) and how the Seahawks completely dominated Carolina today (which I did not expect).

I'm thinking there must be something wrong with me. I'm always tired - no matter how much I sleep.

I'm thinking that I missed Luthien's bad word on another thread but should consider editing "frelling" :loling:

Yeah, what about profanities in other languages? Just because someone does FUM Bubba's laundry does not excuse the potty mouth. ;)

I'm thinking about you all. But in a confident heterosexual sort of way.

I'm also thinking about knowing. How does one truly know anything?
