UNGH!
|
Think this out clearly now 8247. WHY do you have mice in your house? What could possibly be attracting them to your house?

^^^ We have this jerk who was staying here, and he brought a whole storage unit full of junk and stored it here. We started seeing mice shortly after. |

I would wonder why he dumped it at your house instead of his... perhaps it attracts mice? A tip if you don't mind dead mice lying around the house: Get a cat (a young one, not a lazy older one used to getting everything she wants) after you get that cat, DO NOT let it start sleeping wherever, ect. accually enforce the rules... also beware the occsional gift mouse... |

Strangely enough, my old cat (deceased) would only hunt and kill moles, but not mice. Almost every other day during mole season (whatever that is) he would leave two or three headless bodies on the back porch. I guess he thought there was a bounty he could collect. Meanwhile, he would just roll around and let field mice dance around him without offing them at all. Occasionally he would play with them but he never ate or killed them. When he got older he knew he was too slow for birdies too, although he still enjoyed stalking them. He would destroy all garden snakes he found, though. |

8247, sorry to hear about your mouse infestation! 1st thing you gotta do is get rid of all your ex roommates junk whether in a proper trash heap or the American equivelent of Jaywick! (so they have no reason to come back) Then if you find you haven't got them all buy some darts and a dartboard - put the dartboard above where they are the most and wait till the mice appears and attempt to scare it by hitting darts into the dartboard! (but accidently missing the dartboard and instead hitting the mouse!)Sorry DCS and anyone else offended by the above statement - I know it's cruel but it will get rid of them (plus it's what i would do to Pigeons - otherwise known as flying rats if I could get away with it)
