Shaken, not stirred...

On the Complete Season Five, Disk 7, at the very end of the Tribute to Gene Rodenberry, right after they end with his picture and dates, it cuts to Picard, in uniform, sitting in the chair. He starts to give a course and heading and, just as he's about to say "Engage," he breaks into song! He dons a straw hat and begins dancing around the bridge like in some Vaudeville show even nabbing a cane at one point! The song is something like "Its wonderful going through the Alphabet with you." I kid you not! And Stewart really hams it up! Once you get over your initial "What in the world is that man doing?" its quite hilarious! Then he sits back in his chair like nothing happened and gives that famous command with which he's ended many an episode. Strange. Whose seen it? |

I too have seen it. His pause on 'Q' is noteworthy.
