Today, I cooked up about 4 pounds of mahi mahi. This is what I used and did, etc. 4 lbs of Mahi Mahi Melt one cup of butter, and mix it with 1 cup of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of Chef Paul's Redfish Magic (I would have used more, but that was all I had) 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper. Put this mixture, and the fish in a pan, and make sure you get the sauce all over the fish. Bake it at 300° until its done. Yum! Obviously, you'd use less for smaller portions of fish.

I just had my first local, fresh, corn on the cob of the season. Unfortunately it was only ok. Not as sweet as it should have been

Yes, but the heartburn originated from a huge fried seafood platter that I had for lunch. The fish that I cooked last night only effected me that way because I was still tender from the fried food. And, it was much more spicy than what I made today. You will not get heartburn if you use that recipe. |

Mostly. The Potatoes Au Gratin (the base ingredients) was thanks to Betty Crocker though. The bread is from the bakery. I made the pie yesterday. |
