How about a Voyager Movie

The Answer is........ A SKUNK!
Funny thing was he was a cute very small skunk. His tail was straight up like a flag pole as he cruised around the Garage looking to scavenge. You see, just 1 week earlier I left the garage cracked about 10 inches and forgot to close it before going to bed. The next morning I found that the garbage I had set in the Garage had a small hole in the bag and two chicken wings had been partially eaten. I tell you. I eat fairly blazing hot wings, so I figure he got some SPICY stuff that night! At the time I figured it must have been a cat or a possum or coon but now I see that his return with me out here speaks of his guilt. I called my wife out to see him and we kept quite and away from him. He noticed us and moved under the car. I nelt down and looked at him, at a SAFE distance of about 15 feet and turned on ALL of the lights. He did not care for this and was quietly on his way. **Garage is quickly closed **I say he was cute because he was no larger than a squirrel and his tail was erected as he cruised about like it was a flagpole and his squirter was on yellow alert just in case. I had a friend over the next night and we spotted him cruising the parking lot. He ignored us. I recently found a Turantula on my back porch, and last year we had the 10 inch Texas centipede in our kitchen. Two weeks ago there was a live scorpion cruising around INSIDE the toilet bowl!!!
No kidding. Luckily I spotted him, my wife may have sat....damn. We had the place sprayed.I did not kill the centipede or the Tarantula, I thought it to be bad karma and helped them out to the back yard area. If you recal I recieved the evil sting of a Scorp last year. We do kill them. I cut the poison tail off and feed them to my fish which devour them in seconds! My wife caught an adorable tiny brown Gecko two days ago in a neighbors house and we have him in a small terrarium. The kids love to feed him tiny crickets now. I need the Jeff Corwin experience to come shoot an episode or ninety here!!!!
(this is all very true)

I once encountered a skunk. I never came face to face with it though. I was around ten or so when I went to Idaho with my mom to visit her dad and stepmom. On the way there I somehow completely lost my sense of smell and one night, I think they were playing cards or just talking and I was in the other room playing with the organ when they all start groaning and holding thier noses. Needless to say I was the only one able to get close enough to the door. My sense of smell did come back, once I got back to Ioiwa, but not as well as it had been before I lost it. |

Forget Jeff Corwin. With all them critters in your house and backyard, and your apparent ease with them, I think Animal Planet might have found itself another host. I'd like to know where you live so as to make sure NEVER to move there. |
