What was your favorite TNG set. (I'm talking about major set so basically the stuff on the Enterprise) Mine was Ten-foward. Having a big place to go and have a drink and look at the stars (One of my favorite TNG early shots came from "The Child" when Wes is looking out the window while the ship is going to warp) was great and it was probably the least lit place on the entire ship. |

I always liked main engineering.....so that's what I voted for. 10 Foward is a runner up along with stellar cartography (remember in Generations- an awesome planetarium). |

One thing that I really liked about TNG was Ten-Forward. I would spend many an off hour there hanging with Guinan and trying to absorb a couple hundred years worth of wisdom. Sure TOS had their leasure, but they didn't have Whoopi Goldberg there serving them drinks. |

I really liked Ten Forward. I also like Engineering. I also like... I liked the interior of the entire Enterprise-D. |

Why, the main holodeck of course. I know, that's really not a fair response. Actually, you know what was cool, was the Enterprise D bridge layout used in "Yesterday's Enterprise". Engineering always looked good; the regular bridge was nice but we saw so much of it. I kind of liked Picard's ready room, actually. |

Apparently we look like this now

Thats a good point. I'd like to absord some wisdom from Guinan...as long as she didnt call me a "little shit" Guinan is a favorite TNG character. |

I thought it was fairly big, but now you mention it, it was smaller than Voyager, and Enterprise's engineering! Even the Defiant looked bigger! |

I never thought about that, but you're right. The Defiant's engineering room looks bigger than the Enterprise D.

Odd eh! The Enterprise D and Voyagers engineering sets were the same set, just spruced up a little. |

I wonder how many other sets were recycled from TNG. The interior of Voyager is very similar. |

Look at the cargobay doors - they are just re-painted grey, and had a mesh of some sort put over them! |
