I agree with you, Noah, especially the Xindi arc starting in "the Council" of the second season. It had shades of the Galactic Empire's founding members from AOTC. Maybe B&B were trying too hard to draw in viewers at this point. Afterall it was during its second season rating reviews of mid 2002 that started the rumours of Enterprise heading for trouble waters.

I forget the name of the episode but it's the one where T'Pol sticks a Tribble under each arm before yelling, "Look everybody, I'm Madonna!!" |

My view of Enterprise has changed recently because I've just seen the first episode where they go back in time to WW2 earth. YACK, how awful. It was just dreadful. Embarrasing and oh so wrong. I hated that bit near the start where the crew had just found out that they were in the past, and Trip goes into T'Pols office to apologise to her for shouting at her. And he's all "The Captain would have wanted us to put a positive spin on it." That was soap opera dialouge land.

Yes, but you didn't miss much. You could probably do without the painfull mental scarring which watching that caused. |

DCS - don't let that episode scare you off. It was just the last episode of a generally bad season. Season 4 is worth tuning in for. The first episode of the season is the conclusion of the lousy episode you are talking about. But after that things turn around completely.

I don't wanna start a whole new thread just for this, but I just watched Similitude again for the second time. This has to be one of the best episodes of Trek I have ever seen. More later, gotta get ready for work! |

I love "Impulse", Zombies in Trek, who thinks up this stuff I for one am glad Braga on occasions smokes drugs and thinks up some storylines, gives a change from the everyone-on-the-ship-bar-one-gets-affected-by-something plot line Impulse is a cool ep |

I don't think he is being sarcastic. CPA has somewhat different taste from the rest of us
