Digifan,

Okay, one coffee on its way. I don't believe it will be hot, however. ;)

I don't mind. I like iced coffee, especially Tim Horton's ice cappacino. :news:

AAR after watching sesaon two my POV on this series is changing. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'm giving it a 4. Sometimes it's amazing how one's prespective changes over time.

I think my rating for the entire series (all four years) would be about a 6.5-7.0. :)

No, Somerled was wishing it would come back to Seven of Nine (rather than Hoshi).

No matter what I am willing to bet Mike still want to see beautiful women in their birthday suits. He had plenty of opportunities with T'Pol.

I actually didnt mind season 3, it thought it was better than some of the earlier eps which frankly sent me to sleep. Season 4 however was by far the best of the bunch.

Even so I thought it was the runt of the Startrek world when it premiered and I still think that today.

Season 3, I'll agree, wasn't all that bad...it was a lot better than most of the episodes churned out in season 2, for the most part (a number of the episodes in the 2nd half of season 3 were frankly bad...such as "Harbinger" and "Doctor's Orders" - DO was a bad work of plagiarism).
Season 4, in my opinion, was the best season of Trek since DS9 ended...much better than anything Voyager was churning out at the end.

I don't know about season 3 in it's entirety, but I did happen to see two episodes rerun after avoiding the first run altogether. Similitude and the one where Archer only remembers a few hours in the past. Both were very well done.
Unfortunately, it looked to me like Enterprise was ripping off Star Wars with the big spherical planet destroyers and the alliance of aliens at the war strategy table.
It also made absolutely no sense how a single alien race consists of seven different types of lifeforms from reptilian to insectoid.
However, I do have a theory...................... ;)

Noah,

Was it seven? I didn't realize that. I know of five, with one other (a sixth) being extinct.

the one where Archer only remembers a few hours in the past.

That would be "Twilight", and was one of the best episodes of Enterprise. It was when that came around that we really saw Enterprise starting to be Star Trek instead of just some random sci fi flauting the name.

Oh, and it was 6 Xindi species:
- Humanoids
- Arboreals
- Reptillians
- Insectoids
- Aquatics
- Avians (extinct)
