You must have been watching Sci-Fi today. They put on more killer shark/ant/fish/whatever movies than I have ever seen.

I really don't fit exactly into one category. However, I am closest to thinking there are just too many shark movies (with a dash of #2). I saw a shark movie on Sci-Fi called Red River with Lou Diamond Phillips and Kristy Swanson about a month or two ago. That was a snoozer. With a different cast (maybe keep Phillips), some tweaking of the story and a bigger budget...it could have been a good movie.

The second category I voted in was I always root for the people. The only exceptions are when the sharks are getting ready to make a snack out of the bad guys. Then I say Bon Appétit!

Yes, I was watching Sci-Fi this evening. Like I said in my first reply, There are too many shark movies, yet when they are on, I am mysteriously drawn to them. Over the past 3 months, I've watched Jaws 3 on TV about 6 times.
