I've been watching the first two discs the last few nights, and because I was renting them, I decided to watch the Text Commentary as well. I'm wondering if they really work for this series or not because the Okudas just love spoiling the rest of the show. For example, in both Broken Bow and The Andorian Incident, they basically say everything that happened in the Vulcan trilogy, which doesn't even come until season 4. It's almost as if there is more information on the other episodes, than on the episode that is currently airing. I didn't have this problem with the Star Trek text commentary, but I'm not going to watch any more of them in ENT's run. It's ticking me off.

^^^ Gdog, Well, it is text commentary after all. I suppose they could add that there might be spoilers, but how would they do this? Perhaps warn us aurally? With a few exceptions, I don't listen to any of that material right away. I've yet to listen to any of the commentary for VOY or for a couple of the films. |

I'd just mention other episodes, but don't go on rambling about the plot, like these Text Commentaries have been doing. They actually need to focus more on the episode at hand. Spoilers shouldn't be an issue. |

They should warn you that they might give something away, but on the DS9 DVDs, they often spoiled stuff in interviews especially when they did a crew profile talking about where they started and where they ended up. |
