Does anyone know if France adopted the EU constitution? Depending on the results, how will this affect the US? |

How will it affect the US is an interesting question. I dont think it will have any imediate impact of the USA. In France the yes campaign are saying that if France votes non it will set back the "goal" of creating a counterbalancing force to the US in global politics. So long term it could make the difference between seeing a European Superstate emerge to challenge US dominance and that not happening with individual countries continuing to speak and relate to the US individually. |
