I Predict A Riot by Kaiser Chiefs album: Employment (2005) Watching the people get lairy Is not very pretty I tell thee Walking through town is quite scary And not very sensible either A friend of a friend he got beaten He looked the wrong way at a policeman Would never have happened to Smeaton And old Leodiensian La-ah-ah, la la lalala la Ah-ah-ah, la la lalala la I predict a riot, I predict a riot I predict a riot, I predict a riot I tried to get in my taxi A man in a tracksuit attacked me He said that he saw it before me Wants to get things a bit gory Girls run around with no clothes on To borrow a pound for a condom If it wasn't for chip fat, well they'd be frozen They're not very sensible La-ah-ah, la la lalala la Ah-ah-ah, la la lalala la I predict a riot, I predict a riot I predict a riot, I predict a riot And if there's anybody left in here That doesn't want to be out there Watching the people get lairy Is not very pretty I tell thee Walking through town is quite scary And not very sensible La-ah-ah, la la lalala la Ah-ah-ah, la la lalala la I predict a riot, I predict a riot I predict a riot, I predict a riot And if there's anybody left in here That doesn't want to be out there I predict a riot, I predict a riot I predict a riot, I predict a riot |

^^^ Considering how fast the songs change for you Fesarius, can any of them really be said to be "stuck" in your head?

I think the salient aspect is the amount of time a song remains in one's head. When I am listening to a work, it is presently in my head. When I listen to the next one, then that one is in my head. I don't believe that the length of time was adequately defined.
I believe that 'now and again' must be defined.

The kisses of the sun - Were sweet I didn't blink I let it in my eyes - Like an exotic dream The radio playing songs - That I have never heard I don't know what to say - Oh not another word Just - la la la la la - It goes around the world Just - la la la la la - It's all around the world Just - la la la la la - And everybody's singing La la la la la - And now the bells are ringing La la la la la - la la la la la la la - la la la la la - la la la la la la la La la la la la - la la la la la la la - la la la la la - la la la la la la la Inside an empty room - My inspiration flows Now wait to hear the tune - Around my head it goes The magic melody - You want to sing with me Just la la la la la - the music is the key And now the night is gone - Still it goes on and on So deep inside of me - I long to set it free I don't know what to do - Just can't explain to you I don't know what to say - Oh not another word Just - la la la la la - It goes around the world Just - la la la la la - It's all around the world Just - la la la la la - And everybody's singing La la la la la - And now the bells are ringing La la la la la - la la la la la la la - la la la la la - la la la la la la la La la la la la - la la la la la la la - la la la la la - la la la la la la la The kisses of the sun La la la la la - It goes around the world Just - la la la la la - It's all around the world Just - la la la la la - And everybody's singing La la la la la - And now the bells are ringing La la la la la - la la la la la la la - la la la la la - la la la la la la la La la la la la - la la la la la la la - la la la la la - la la la la la la la Around - Around - Around the world |
