Luthien,

Maybe I can send along the link to her official site. I don't have it handy at home, but I have it at work (on Monday). It has a lot of her music on it.

It is the evening of the day.
I sit and watch the children play.
Smiling faces I can see, but not for me.
I sit and watch as tears go by.

Slick,

You post some great lyrics. Any chance we could also have the title of the songs you post?

Hey Bulldog.

What? You think I know the names of these songs?
This stuff just comes spilling out of my head at inopportune moments, I don't know what it means.
But let's see...

'As Tears Go By'- That's the Stones, Fes, c'mon!
'Spoonman'- Soundgarden; I'm a big fan. Huge.
'Preaching the End of the World'- Chris Cornell; Soundgarden frontman, now singing for Audioslave (another band I enjoy)
'I Will Buy You A New Life'- Everclear; I relate to a lot of their lyrics, and they wrote the words in my sig, except for the Slickhead part
'Beverly Hills'- Weezer
'The SLICK 50 Jingle'- Just some catchy ad I heard on the radio
'Human Cannonball'- Webb Wilder; probably my favorite all time rockabilly artist

I believe that's it. The title to every set of lyrics I've posted without a title in reverse order.
Whew.

Yes Sir!

"I Predict A Riot" by the Kaiser Chiefs.

That song has probably the best lyrics I have heard in a song for ages!
