Hoist up the John B.'s sail!
See how the mainsail sets!
Call for the captain ashore and let me go home!
Let me go home. I wanna go home.
Yeah, yeah.
I feel so broke up.
I wanna go home

Here is the video for Coldplay's new song. Watch it, it is simple, but very good.

Should I not be?
And is that not one of their catchiest songs ever?
Certainly it's as catchy as:

Bang, bang; Maxwell's silver hammer came DOWN...
Upon her HEAD.

Bang, bang; Maxwell's silver hammer made SURE...
That she was DEAD.

Slick,

Chill! I was asking the question, that's all. :)

I love the segment in that song where they begin to break into polyphony--wish they had kept it up, but that takes a lot of work to do correctly and musically. Still, Sloop John B. is one of my favorites by that group.

Knots (Gentle Giant).

Now there's a name I haven't seen mentioned in years...

I actually saw Gentle Giant live back in the late seventies who opened for Genesis.

Great, now I've got a Phil Collins song rolling around in my head.
