The discussion reverted a personal inquisition, I don't see many other people discussing it. Must all be keeping a low profile , or don't want to declare themselves. That is all I am interested in saying for now on , there are other people out their who may want to add the 2c worth and add something constructive to the discussion. |

My comment on the post immediately above? "What a pantload." The only one avoiding direct comments is the poster directly above, who knows that his true feelings toward certain nations and/or peoples will get him banned from here.

Somerled - please try to read these words as intended. They are not intended as a flame. You started this thread. You asked people for thier opinions. When questioned on your own opinions you did a shuffle that would do a politician proud. You have yet to come out with direct comments that were asked for. You are wrong to say that people have flamed you. What they have done is attempt to interprete your innuendoes and obfusications. It they are wrong then the best way to prove it is to make clear and concise statements based on the questions we are all answering. Prove us wrong by answering the questions. Dancing around just makes you look guilty. |

Somerled, Thanks. The reason I asked was because I wanted to know if you admit to them when you are wrong. My father didn't with me, but I make certain my children know that I can be wrong. I believe it is healthy, as well as honest. |

Agreed. It takes a lot of courage to admit you are wrong.

Yes I do. But I am not wrong often. I even appologise when I've punished the wrong one - which happens sometimes. Others : Still no one declaring themselves or willing to risk the rath of Minuet by discussing the topic in an open and frank manner. |

but according to the Birth order theory, you have three firstborns. your two boys are ten years apart which makes the 11 year old a functional first born. and since your daughter is the first born girl that makes her a first born in that sense as well. |

OK , I'll go along with that. I try to treat them all the same, but you can't treat daughters the same as sons. I am very protective of her, and she's aways been a daddy's girl and she wants me to dance with her all the time at social dances , my wife hardly gets a look in but she dances with boys (when they come). I am not looking forward to when she "discovers" boys, she's interested in them and has a special boy in her dancing team, but is not crazy about them yet. |

Interesting. I have not only not flamed you on this thread - I also specifically told someone else not to. But you feel the need to flame me anyways. In truth most of the regular posters on the Politics forum have already given thier response. The only person who has not responded fully is you. Wherever a question was asked about Israel's right to security and to exist you responded with accusations of Israeli wrongdoing. You have answered questions with questions. This is not fair. I want to know straight up. Do you believe Israel has a right to exist? I want a yes or no answer without editorializing. If your response is yes then I want to know if you believe Israel has a right to security. No need to respond to question 2 if the answer to question one is no. (That is not an assumption of your answer, simply a statement of fact) |
