Read the post - it is directed at the hardliners here, and there are several, including you and your chum ABG.
I realize you live in your own little world, but please do pull your head out of your rearend long enough to let this soak in ... you do not define me.

Still avoiding making your position clear for all to see.
It's easy (even for someone as clever as you , just say yes or no to each question.
I know you are staying silent on the questions because you fear incriminating yourself. Staying silent , using your own reasoning , is an admission of guilt by omission.
The very same reason why Bush, Rumsfeld and Chenny, and Howard here , and Blair in the UK , are guilty of misleading their governments and electorates.

Still attempting to define me I see.
Let me make this clear, because you obviously do not understand what you've asked.
You addressed those questions to people who irrationally fear Muslims and "hardliners", of which I'm neither. And your declarations that you think I'm this or that changes nothing.
Maybe if you want a wider range of responses, you'd be wise to address your questions to the forum population in general, instead of setting it up so that the only people who will reply are those that see themselves as irrationally fearing Muslims or see themselves as uncompromising.

The questions are clear and straight forward .
Why not illuminate me ( and us ) on your attitude , unless you have something to hide ?
PS : so your fear of muslims is not irrational to you and your antimuslim posts are totally premeditated and part of your christofascist agenda. Yes / No ?

This is for the resident hardliners .
(Adapted from another thread)
1) Do you dislike or hate Mulsims ?
2) Do you distrust, dislike or hate people because they are Mulsims ?
3) Do you think that all Mulsims are potentially evil as a consequence of their beliefs and their faith ?
4) Do you think Mulsims have a right to defend themselves ?
5) Do you condone the torture and killing innocent Muslims as revenge ?
6) Do you hold the view that the lives of Mulsims are less valuable than Americans ?
7) Do you hold the view that anyone who opposes the actions and views of Bush's regime, and is unsupportive of current American foreign policy is a coward and traitor if they happen to be Americans ?
8) Do you hold the view that any foreigner who opposes the actions and views of Bush's regime, and is unsupportive of current American foreign policy is a coward, is engaging in anti-americanism, and is by default supporting America's enemies ?
One for everyone else:
Do you believe Bush should be sanctioned for misleading the Senate, Congress and the American people regards the reasons for engaging in warfare against Iraq and invading Iraq ?
That will do for starters.
Do you honestly expect people to answer your questions when you won’t even answer the ones I posed to you on the other thread?
Inspite of that, you can't think anyone is going to answer your questions with "This is for the resident hardliners ." attached to the top of the list either do you?

Mr. Bush misled no one, and you and your ilk have never provided one shred of proof to support the allegation.
Your omissions to spell out your position on the other questions steak volumes and confirm what I and others think (about you).
Those questions were directed at people who are afraid of Muslims and "hardliners", and I do not identify with either group.
Read the post - it is directed at the hardliners here, and there are several, including you and your chum ABG.
So what does that make you, a softliner? An eyeliner? A mascara?

Okay, I'm going to address Sparky's questions aimed at me, the "hardliner" (Please, I prefer "realist")
- Quote:

1) Do you dislike or hate Mulsims ?
No. I never said I did.
- Quote:

2) Do you distrust, dislike or hate people because they are Mulsims ?
See question 1.

3) Do you think that all Mulsims are potentially evil as a consequence of their beliefs and their faith ?
See question 1.
- Quote:
-
4) Do you think Mulsims have a right to defend themselves ?
This is a "when did you stop beating your wife" question, but I'll answer it anyway. Of course they do. We are not waging war against those who are defending themselves, but rather those who are trying to kill us. Just like Americans have the right to defend themselves. If you are a Muslim (or of any faith or nationality), you do not defend yourself by strapping explosives and a keg of nails to your body and going into a crowd of people and detonating the bomb. You do not defend yourself by loading a hundred pounds of explosives into a car and detonating it at a busy intersection. What Somerled, in his infinite ignorance about things military, does not realize is, it is not our policy to attack people unless they attacked us first. Of course, he'll whine "But you attacked Iraq!" Yes we did, to depose a dictator. We also attacked Germany in WWII BEFORE we attacked Japan, who actually did attack us. How did you feel about Hitler? We are not imperialists. If we were, we would have claimed Iraq (and Afghanistan) as a part of the Empire of the United States, instead of calling for free elections.

7) Do you hold the view that anyone who opposes the actions and views of Bush's regime, and is unsupportive of current American foreign policy is a coward and traitor if they happen to be Americans ?
First and foremost, we are not ruled by a regime. Stop using that word because it is, quite frankly, a lie. George Walker Bush is our duly and legally elected president: twice. Our president did not usurp another leader and grab power, he was elected to office: twice. Your enfeebled attempts at trolling are laughable. So, let's answer the loaded question. I do NOT see anyone who opposes the actions and viewpoints of the administration to be traitorous, but those who work to UNDERMINE (go look up the word, Sparky) our foreign policy; those who work to give aid and comfort to our enemies ARE TRAITORS. You can disagree; this is the right of every American. You can NOT, however, work to disrupt or defeat the actions of a duly elected leader, nor can you work to support his enemies. That is treason.

one simple question- How?
Saddam as evil by our standards, yes, but what applies to us does not always apply to the rest of the world? How many times do I have to tell you that? Saddam hated Terrorists, and he didn't allow them in. Now what is Iraq? a breeding ground.
the man had his flaws, but what so does everybody.
and with the no WMDs, there might be an impeachment (ya know, for lieing to congress for war autoraization...) stay tuned...
Wow! That is probably going to lose for you any respect that you may had from anyone, except mayber one poster that I can think of. That was just a dumb thing to post.
I thought no one had seen that... I was going to repost it.
You see, in Jeff's eyes... Saddam was not a bad man, by other people's standards...
That post, (on the fifth page of this very thread) should win the award for stupidest post ever!

Will he be as honest as I was? I doubt it. I think there will be more tapdancing around the topics, some comments about how evil the US and/or the "Bush regime" is, and so on... but you won't get the straight truth.

I honestly don't think somerlads questions have merit.
The worst thing I've read here was when someone opined after the contractors had been beaten, burned, and then strung-up over a bridge in Fallujah that that town ought to be nuked.

Still beating about the bush I see.
So I guess we can all infer that your attitudes and answersare
1. Yes 2. Yes 3. Yes 4. No 5. Yes 6. Yes 7. Yes 8. Yes
So what does that make you ?
PS - I honestly don't think the personal questions posed of me in the Israel/Palestine thread have merit or are relevent. Despite that I answered them and drew a line in the sand.
You have refused to answer the questions so see above , which I think represents accurately your thinking. Feel free to correct the answers above if they are wrong.
