Creation Entertainment.; HELP!!!!

Has anyone ever used Creation Entertainment to order tickets to a convention?

I bought one weekend pass to the London convention in April next year, at a cost of £260.

Unfortunatly, they charged me almost £1000 in 24 hours, and there is another £500 due to go out today or tomorrow.

I have emailed them, asking them what is going on, but as yet, i have no reply.

This just had to happen right before Xmas, i have done no Xmas shopping, and i have absolutly no morey whatsoever thanks to this, i can;t even afford the £30 for my broadband connection after this month. I'm really pissed off.

Any suggestions? I'm out of ideas on how to go about this. Thanks.

Forget emails - get on the phone NOW!!!!!!!

Call your credit card company - not the entertainment company.

A live person should be able to reverse all the overcharges immediately.

I tried phoning, but couldn't get through, i called my card company, and they stopped payments.

I'll call them again now just to make sure...

Make sure they reverse all false charges as well as preventing new ones.

Victory is mine! I called them, and thy said they had noticed the mistake, thanked me for the email i sent them, gave me my money back, and are still processing my order!

Thanks to Min and Tkeisha for kicking me in the rear, and The Sisko for getting me the area code for Glendale!

Welsby,

Good to hear it is working out. I've been to three or four Creation (Trek) conventions, and have had good dealings with them every time. :)

Is that expensive? If I were to attend a convention out-of-state, it would cost me at least $1,000 U.S. dollars.

Excellent. Please let us know if they still show episodes of Trek at the convention. Have fun looking at all of the merchandise, too. :)
