I do as well. Our well for our home is 140 ft. deep, compared to 22 ft. for our handpump, which we've used for over twenty months. We're still here to tell about it, too. ;)

Not really. Our ten-year old daughter and eight-year old son can pump the water quite easily. The level action softens as you use it more and more.
