We had a kitten (maybe it was a cat) crawl under our hood a few years ago. Thankfully, I heard its noise before I started our engine. |

Despite this kitten's name, I think it's quite brave.

fly on the wall sees all

A few years ago my mom called me to come look at her car it was making a terrible knocking noise. When I got there and looked under the hood I found the remains of four kittens in the fan shoud.
It was not very pleasant to clean. On the way home we found the fifth kitten sitting on the side of the road un hurt it must have fell out while she was driving unlike the others.

Don't make me use my bare hands on you.

I have seen this before in winter as well, the cats crawl up near the engine to stay warm. I saw a skinned up cat one morning after a neighbor went out and started up the car and the fan started hitting the cat. |

^^^ I just hope I don't one day find that a grizzly bear has crawled up under my engine hood.

^^^ Depends on the size of the bear--and the car.
