Hi all; I decided to register here cause you seem civilized! I've had enough of the wars on other trek forums............... I've lurked for awhile I DID see some of season 3 when TOS was originally run.............So yes that makes me old................ I found DS9 is now my fav.... Have started reading DS9 books ( A stitch in Time, Tales of the DW, Left hand of destiny 1+2, Lives of DAX!!!) TNG was OK cause it was Trek after 10 years of NONE....Count me as a PICARD HATER (he is SOOOOOOO PC he could be living NOW!) I only liked Picard in yesterdays enterprize when the alt timeline made him a WARRIOR!! I have hated Enterprize since it started. I found the Lack of Star trek in the name particularly telling!!! And the addition a move of desperation!! I did see Kir'shara...or however its spelled....WOW..maybe Minuet is right....they have fixed Ent.............. UNTIL I saw the Romulan....with the TNG head bumps not the TOS smooth heads.......... Just like the Klingon bumpy heads..................... But you guys might have convinced me it not hopelessss........... Cheers!! |

Welcome to Sistertrek Wayne (I hope you don't mind me shortening your name) You are not the only one here old enough to have seen TOS in it's original run. In fact there are quite a few of us over 40's here.

Welcome to Sister Trek WayneSTOSFIrstrunViewer! We are always happy to welcome a new member to our community. If you have not done so, I would like to invite you to read over our Terms of Service, the SisterTrek Rules, the posting guidelines for each forum and our Rank & User-Group System. I would also like to direct your attention to the Board Operations Information located at the bottom of the message board. There you will find a Skin Selection and a Speed Selection. These two features will allow you to change how you view the message board; and allow you to select a speed to best compensate for the type of Internet connection you have. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to post them in the Questions, Suggestions & Feedback Forum. Again, welcome to the boards. We look forward to getting to know you! --24 |

Someone on the Admin staff will have to change your username for you (by your request only). Just send Minuet (for example) a PM letting her know what you would like your username changed to. |
