Agreed. From what somerled said, I don't like the sound of it. Maybe if None of the Above is an option. Otherwise, this just forces people to pick a person when they really don't want either and to vote on an issue that they are unconcerned about (which potentially takes away fro what the majority who cares) and who probably have not read the law in detail.

Yes, democracy and freedom give you the right not to choose.
