I'm kicking around the idea of writing the adventures of the Enterprise B with a Tellarite Chief Engineer. Problem is, we know next to nothing about Tellarites except for the comment by Sarek in Journey to Babel that Tellarites argue just to argue. Is there anything else you can remember about them?

One curriculum, called "Me, My World, My Future," teaches that women who have an abortion "are more prone to suicide" and that as many as 10 percent of them become sterile. This contradicts the 2001 edition of a standard obstetrics textbook that says fertility is not affected by elective abortion, the Waxman report said.

:chin: although, if they do the abortion wrong the person might accidently become sterile

But McIlhaney said Waxman misinterpreted a slide that warns young people about the possibility of pregnancy without intercourse. McIlhaney said the slide accurately describes a real, though small, risk of pregnancy in mutual masturbation.

:headscratch:

Strange theory :chin:

And their has been cases of depression of woman after they had an abortion, so it is reasonable that a woman is more prone to suicide after dealing with such a situation then if she didn’t have to make such a decision ether way at all. Not the mention the mix up of hormones (and so emotional state) after the abortion (or natural lose) of a fetuses. I am sure this could manifest it self severely in some woman. So I don’t really except that partially point a lie on the part of the program. I was going to make the point when I first read it but I decided against it.
