Time to put something here
I chose other, And would say showing of respect, good manners, the gold rule type characteristic is the most important. Please, Thank, Sorry and I respectfully disagree will get you though a lot of life’s turbulence. I also think this characteristic picks up where a lot of the others leave off.

Is respectful different from amiability? I guess it is.

Definatly honesty. Without a sense of trust between two people, the love is pretty pointless.

I'm going to have to say empathy and compassion. If there were only more with this as a prominent trait, there might be less suffering.

I would agree and I might add that this feeds into making the others work properly and effectively.

I chose logical thinking ability. But patience and sincerity are a close second.

That's a really hard one to call. I guess you'd like to have a lot of everything listed. I think I'd add a sense of humor. It would be really important to me that my significant other had a great sense of humor.

I voted for compassion-empathy as the most important, but I wouldn't discount the importance of persistance as a personality trait. The most persistent people are generally the most successful people at whatever it is they do.
