I wanted to add that if you are into checking out stories like that and are willing to accept some non-cannon, Battle of Betazed details the liberation of Betazed during the Dominion War, Stitch in Time details the post-apocalyptic Cardassia and thier rise to a new society. I would love to see a time travel episode to early Vulcan before the Vulcan/Romulan split to show what primevil Vulcan/Romulan society was like and how they split. |

Your Romulon-Vulcan split idea sounds interesting. That is somehthing I haven't thought about before. It could be an interesting story. |
