I'm wondering if the food Minuet mentioned and the Trek character are actually spelled the same way.

She was in 19th century earth as a human

She's El-Aurian though! A completely different species - she was on Earth becase her planet was destroyed by the Borg and she had nowhere to go.

Why doesn't anyone like masks?

Uh . . . the crew and ship transforming into Mayan Sun Gods?

As for the Beverly poison scene in Genesis - another example of bad acting from Gates McFadden. Diana Muldaur was so much better - I'm voting for her. :)

^^^ One of the many reasons I like "Shades of Gray" so much.

Crusher could've solved anything in five seconds, whereas Pulaski was cold, methodical, and realistic. AND DIANA MULDAUR COULD ACT!!!

I actually liked both of them, but I think Muldaur gets the short end of the stick quite often. I appreciate that she said 'yes' when Gene asked her to come back to Trek.

It's such a shame she left after Season Two. They could have at least given her a mention in All Good Things!

What's wrong with it?

There are worse eps. Sub Rosa. Masks. Let He Who Is Without Sin. Phantasms. Meridian.
