Oklahoma's first public school of higher education was _________. Hint: This school has the best ROTC in the entire Oklahoma/Texas region. 9. An Oklahoman, Clinton Riggs, designed the __________ and first tested it in Tulsa. Hint: It's triangular and related to driving. 10.
