OK, I know this is an oldie, but I just bought it used this last weekend. I tend to buy video games and systems years after they are new as the prices decrease as much as 80%. Got it for $10 as opposed to the $50 asking price when it came out. Anyway, I love it. It's pretty difficult, but after some logged airtime, you get the hang of it. I like that I get to fight Romulans, Cardassians and even Jem'Hadar and have a variety of weapons to choose from. Only complaint is the lack of seeker torpedos. Any thoughts? |

The Sisko, I don't know if you were posting when I asked this several weeks ago. Do you know of any Trek-related software that would be worth purchasing? |

The CDROM Star Trek Encyclopedia if you don't already have it. I really like Bridge Commander and Elite Force as well. Bridge Commander is the closest thing you get to being the star of your own Trek show at this point in technology. There's a number of different adventures and a quck battle function to pit your favorite ship against any number of badguys, even other Starfleet. Plus you can upgrade and add new ships from online. And captaining an Akira class ship is a dream for me. Elite Force is a lot of fun for a Doom type game in the Trek genre. Plenty of weird aliens as well as Borg. Plus a Holomatch function for quick flag capturing type battles. Hope this helps. |

^^^ The Sisko, Thanks. That's the second recommendation I've read for Elite Force.

I'll add a third recommendation then - it's amazing. I've played the original four times through, but the sequel I bought didn't work, so I've yet to try it. |

Sisko - I love Invasion. It gets real tough, though, when you get to "The Bigger They Are I". You have to fly inside a Borg cube in you shuttle, then you can't get out in time, and you always explode. |

Yeah, I still can't get past that one. Plenty of time to figure it out though. I'm still waiting on PSIII. |
