this will certainly get censored, I'll probably get an official warning, and I may even be suspended/banned...but hey, here goes!
 Garrovick is pissing me right off. I'm still using TF, but I'm having a little fun there...the resident IRA supporter seems to be targetting me as his reasons for staying and not joining us here. I've already said to leave the wanker well alone, I reckon this board is better without him. But he has been dissing this board for allowing me and my username to be a member here. Here's what I think, and it's been copied from TF... ************************************************** ***Edited by Wichita*** Those who care to see the comments can go to Ten Forward. ************************************************** I hope this shall be the last of him, but I have started a poll to see what people actually think of me, my username, and my views. I don't have a problem with your name. Your posts don't offend me personally
 , but I think the language used at times in the past on st.com might offend some
 so it might be better to tone it down a bit (which so far you seem to have done here).
As for Garrovick, why bother with him now? An effort was made to convince him to come here and he decided to decline. It's his choice to remain at st.com. I don't see the point in returning there just to hassle him about it. If I correctly guessed which post you are talking about (I read this after it was edited by Wichita), your response will probably be that you had posted to admin and Garrovick then insulted you so actually HE started it. However, I think the same applies to admin now too. Why bother? I don't really blame Garrovick for disliking such posts at this point. And his response style was predictable. |

I would not ask you to leave either MrB. Sure, you get testy and start throwing out a few colorful metaphors. Until today, I don't think you have done so on these boards (but then I have not read every post, so...). The language usage would be my only concern, especially given that there is always a good chance that kids may be reading. Do they hear worse at school, and other places? Of course, but we should do all we can to demonstrtae that we do not need to use it in civilized discourse and debate. |

. Ok, so you don't really shock me anymore. Anyhow, if you changed your name you wouldn't be you and you add some colour to the boards when you don't go overboard. As for Ten Forward, keep going if you like, but since you don't care for Garrovick anyways why are you so insulted that he won't come here? Personally I would rather you be here then Garrovick. And if I miss him I can always pop in over there any time.

Not insulted that garrodick isn't coming here...insulted that his reason for not considering to do so seems to be me and my user handle...He is suggesting that, maybe, if admin and/or mods were to come down on me and force me either to leave or change, he would possibly consider taking a look...this thought pattern confirms his image of self-importance, as he is basically saying 'choose who you want: me or the bastard'...he thinks those in authority here would consider sacrificing me in order to entice garrodick... I have said to leave him alone regarding the new site... |

Well, let him think what he wants. When we don't ban you or your username he will find out the truth and that will deflate him. In the meantime I don't think he is worth wasting your energy or your anger on. |
