Yeah, the only question is: Was Dylan a Cylon or did he pirate it... As far as Caprica goes, it is a very different breed of cat. It moved very slowly and some of it did not seem to make sense with what we already knew. However, they did try to fix this in the latter half of the second/final season and especially the finale (in that there is a montage at the end that gives us a thumbnail about how the series would have gone if it continued). |

Apparently we look like this now

I'll probably skip Caprica...but I think i'll rewatch the original series. Havent seen it since it originally aired and I remember virtually nothing about it. |

The original BSG is pretty hard to watch as an adult. |

I'm Captain Kirk!

Just be prepared to see the original series in a different light. I've watched the original since watching the reimagined and it's light years beyond it. There's no comparison. The new show is better, but the old one still has its charm. |

^^^ Yeah, I think the fundamental concept was there with the original but the idea at the time was that sci-fi was all visuals and basically for kids. |

I just started watching 24 on Netflix starting with episode 1. This may have been a mistake since every episode seems to end with a cliff-hanger. I had to watch about 3 of them last night. This is something that could potentially kill a lot of my time. The good thing about this is that I can do it while working out a bit. Never saw this show during its run, but I can see why it was so addictive. And now I can watch it without commercials. |

Yeah, Hoss, even folks like my wife (someone who generally doesn't go for shows like 24) got hooked on it. |
